Nemo 0 #1 September 11, 2004 Hello Everybody, I have a few days off in Baltimore (Inner Harbour to be exact) and wouldn't mind making a jump or two. I have already searched for a nearby DZ but can't seem to pinpoint anything. Can you help? I am looking for any and all DZ's that may be near Baltimore. Cessna, turbine, whatever. All I really require is good vibes, good people, and an aircraft to jump from. Preferably an hour or less in travel time to get there, but will travel further if the place rocks. Directions from Baltimore: I-95 N toward NEW YORK (Portions toll). 67.7 miles I-295 N toward NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE/DEL MEM BR/NJ-NY. 6.4 miles I-295 N becomes NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE N (Portions toll). 13.0 miles Take the US-322 (exit 2)- toward SWEDESBORO/CHESTER. PA.. 0.5 miles Merge onto US-322 toward MULLICA HILL/ATLANTIC CITY 10.3 miles Turn LEFT onto US-322/DOWNER GLASSBORO RD. 4.7 mile Turn LEFT onto N TUCKAHOE RD/CR-555. 1.3 miles Turn LEFT onto DAHLIA AVE. Stacy 0 #3 September 11, 2004 CK is about a 2 hour drive. Not a bad drive at all. Use Shani's directions above, or you can even take 95 straight up to Philly, then take 76 east over the whitman bridge. Tink1717 2 #4 September 11, 2004 There are two DZ's close (~1 hr ) from Baltimore. One is The Skydivin Place in Littlestown PA. The other is Maytown Sport Parachute Club in Marrietta PA. http://www.skydivepa-md.com/ http://www.skydivemspc.com/ Both are Cessna DZ's and are open on the weekends. I am in Baltimore for a conference, and was hoping to experience someplace else. I love CK and will be there from Thursday Sept 16 until Monday the 20. You just can't keep me away from CK!!!!!!!!!!
