Thanks everybody. Yes, it's true, and I know it's true 'cause believe it or not I was (legally) sober through the whole thing.
And to everyone blew up our phones all weekend to say:
"Hey, is it true?!"
"No f*ckin' way, you're full-a-sh*t'!"
"What the HELL is SHE thinkin'?!!"
"Lemme talk to Marianne. ......What the HELL are YOU thinkin'?!"
"Well Congratulations."
"And why the f*ck wasn't I invited?!!"
We'd like to say Thanks to you also.
Now the explanation: The fact is we were trying to keep it a surprise. The plan was to sneak off and do it on the beach with as few witnesses as necessary and then come back to the boogie with our rings on. We've both been in it before, and we just agreed that this time we wanted a small, personal production. (Very, VERY UN-Skydiver-like I know. We both realized that after the cat got out of the bag.) We didn't want to exclude anybody, we just wanted to be able focus on each other. Hell, we didn't even tell our PARENTS! Then when the whole boogie went t*ts up it was too late to change our plans. We still LOVE all of our twisted sick-f*ck brohers and sisters, and we hope you're not too hurt or pissed to buy us a gift.
[B]FYI:[/B] In case you're wondering, WE'RE REGISTERED AT [I]MANIFEST[/I]
And yes, for the gushier and mushier among you there will be pictures and video. Courtesy of my new Needle Blood Brothers Frankenc*ck and his trusty sidekick Fish Hook Willy, and the Big Twin Kittys. (Who by day are known as the mild mannered Pyke, Bobster, Casie and Kristy. And who were only alerted of our plan the day before.) Because if we've learned only three things from this experience:
1) SKYDIVERS just can't keep a F*CKIN' SECRET! (Ourselves included.)
2) NO ONE plans a mobile boogie like Bubbles does. (You'll hear us venting about that on other threads.) and
3) Vicodin and Mexican beer are NOT the best recipe for relieving nipple pain. (Hey, I woke up a few hours later, I just needed a little nap. zzzzzzzzzz)
It's not every day I get a brand new Three-Ring system installed on my own body!

Thanks everyone. It was an absolutely PERFECT wedding and weekend that not even flat tire, a dead battery, a canceled beach boogie, not enough seats on the airplane for BOTH of us, and the custom rings not getting there until 15 minutes before hand could dampen.
To all of our friends...we love you and you were all with us in spirit
