If there's anything specific you can't find just let us know and we'll help out. Scotland's not exactly got the best weather in the world for skydiving... but the DZ's do perfectly well for themselves in season. You should have a great time jumping and living there. I will be there for the World Cup Speed meet in June...I just have to figure out all the details. If anyone wants to do the Pink Mafia Jumps.. we can always get in a couple jumps while I am there. gordy 0 #6 January 16, 2005 Hey... Its cool to here you coming over here, like has already been said the weather here at times isn't as good as it could be, but we do tend to make the most of it.... There are three dropzones in Scotland Paragon Skydiving (just outside Dundee) Skydive St Andrews (just outside St Andrews) Skydive Strathallan (just outside Perth) They are all great dropzones, with their own crowds, I would advise you to visit them all, as depending on where your going to be studying they are each only going to be a couple of hours away from you, and I guarantee you have a blast....oh and as your visiting them all make sure to bring along your drinking shoes Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

bigway 4 #9 January 17, 2005 i think it is called strathallen, that would be the closest to stirling if my memory serves me right. Hope you know what you are getting yourself infor, it is a ver cold country though very beautiful in all seasons. The best thing to do in scotland would be to buy a car. I was lost in the uk until i bought a car. Public transport can be expensive but the public transport throughout the uk is very good. I must be honest though, i felt very cold most of the time i have spent in scotland, during winter and summer, there is a shit load of rain, The people are fantastic though, much better atmosphere in scottish pubs than english pubs. It is very easy to get work in a scottish pub but they only pay around 4.50£ an hour. You wil really enjoy scotland but will also very easily get tired of the weather. I have lived in Glasgow, Isle of raasay, kenmore and pitlochery, every place was very unique. But again, if it is not a brilliant summer, it will be very cold or wet. .Karnage Krew Gear Store .
