jdobleman 0 #1 August 8, 2005 OK, it's been decided that the best day for the 2nd attempt at the Byron 8th Annual tracking contest would be August 20th. This just happens to coincide with the NorCal Classic Swooping Competition so we should be able to generate a good turnout. (Cynics would say this gurantees a wind cancellation for both events.) Anyway, Open class is 300+ jumps, novice is less than 300 jumps. Come one, come all. jdobleman 0 #4 August 20, 2005 No because the bulge causes too much drag. '-) I heard that there was a tracking contest in Chicago and due to all the arguing about what people could/not wear they made it shorts and t-shirts only. All speedos will probably be done sometime, maybe next year on Speedo Day at Byron. madjohn Main goals in life: Be on the "Jumpers Over Eighty" (JOE) World Record and attend the Lost Prairie Boogie once after I'm gone. jdobleman 0 #5 August 20, 2005 Yep, after the swoop contest is over. We usually say 2pm but it always ends up being about 4. Two classes at least, under 300 jumps and over. madjohn Main goals in life: Be on the "Jumpers Over Eighty" (JOE) World Record and attend the Lost Prairie Boogie once after I'm gone.
