Drop zone not "officially" re-opened, under the still sort-of yet-to-be-determined new management, but we WILL be jumping Saturday, Sept. 24. Mike Mullins is bringing the Super KingAir over for the day, we have a bunch of tandems lined up from a group in Nashville, and lots of fun jumping all day.

"Stay tuned, details at 11:00"

Oh, and any tandem instructors who want to make some jumps that day please PM or email me; we have a bunch of passengers on the books.

Sounds great! Hope you all have a great time! I sure hope you don't see any more of that phone-number-stealing bullshit from ASC in Cedartown, GA! :|

Hey Kitty, I agree, Cullman would be the best place for him to go, but if you think he can get to the Cullman dropzone from Tullahoma in one hour, either Curley is picking him up in the King Air, or you must be looking at the same map ASC uses to get everybody to Cedartown in just twenty minutes. Sorry sweetie, I had to kid you about this one.

From Tullahoma to Cullman would take from two to two and a half hours. It would be worth the drive for him. I am sure he would have a great time at the Cullman dropzone. Lots of fun going on down there. It was great seeing ya at El Napal. Looking forward to the Mountain boogie. Fly safe and have fun.

Just thought I'd bring this back to the top with another reminder that Saturday, Sept. 24, and Sunday, Sept. 25 we'll have Mike Mullins' Super KingAir at Tennessee Skydiving Center in Tullahoma. If anyone wants directions, they can be found at http://www.tennskydive.com/contact.htm We'll have several tandem instructors available, so tandem students are invited to come have fun, too.
