Hotels near Elsinore

Does anyone have an opinion on the Lakeview Inn near Elsinore or other hotels near Elsinore? We don't need a five star hotel (well, I would like one but do not want to pay as such) but I am a bit of a freak when it comes to the cleanliness of the linens and bathroom. Plain is fine, dirty is not.
