freelyflyn71 0 #2 September 26, 2005 Try Skydive Skyranch...address below... Hwy 59 Cecil Smith Airport Siloam Springs, Arkansas or...try the DZ's in Tulsa...I've visited the DZ's in Skiatook and Cushing...good people at both...maybe 1 to 1 and 1/2 hour drive from Fayetteville using the turnpike. I learned at CAPC in Hazen, AR...excellent staff and jumpers there, but a 2-3 hour drive for you. Try the Dropzone Database and read the reviews, that's what led me to my kick-ass home DZ!! Good Luck! Eric The Braver the Bird...The Fatter the Cat.
freelyflyn71 0 #3 September 26, 2005 Oh, and search the Missouri DZ'S too, they might have turbines. Hope you brought your SCUBA gear...Tablerock and Beaver lakes are great scuba spots! Call a local dive shop for current visibilities, though...they vary throughout the summer. Eric The Braver the Bird...The Fatter the Cat.

freelyflyn71 0 #5 September 26, 2005 Let me know how your jumps went and where you ended up going! My parents live south of Fayetteville a ways, but while visiting them I might try out a DZ up there someday!Eric The Braver the Bird...The Fatter the Cat. yardhippie 0 #7 September 26, 2005 Cushing is a good DZ just outside tulsa. They have a quick 182, super cool owner. Freefall Express, in MO. I forget the town, but I used to jump at a DZ that took a plane up there now and again. Good times there for sure. I hear the one in Siloam Springs is good, but Ive never been there. WTS is awsome, but its a long drive. probably 5.5 to 6 hours. Good Luck!Goddam dirty hippies piss me off! ~GFD "What do I get for closing your rig?" ~ me "Anything you want." ~ female skydiver Mohoso Rodriguez #
