Don't blame that on me, I didn't go to Z-Hills when I was sick! Sorry to hear you feel so bad. It took me 3 weeks to get over my sinus infection and I'm hearing that from a lot of other people too. Take care and we'll miss you!She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon

jloirsdaan 0 #292 February 4, 2006 Yeah, I'm sitting in the restaurant here in SD Deland and its pouring. Actually getting ready to start the Canopy CC. However it supposed to clear between 10 and Noon or so. So I have my fingers crossed. NWFlyer and I will be at the party there tonight. I'll be jumping at Sebastian hopefully tomorrow. I wonder how many people braved shooting down there today?? Drive to Florida, the sunshine state, and it rains the whole time . Jordan Go Fast, Dock Soft. yamtx73 0 #296 February 4, 2006 I feel sorry for those who went, this morning definitely isn't a good one. It looks like it will start breaking up this afternoon, might be able to get in some hop 'n pops but that may be the extent of it today. It's supposed to be clear tomorrow so you'll be able to get some jumps in tomorrow before everyone starts heading home again. Going to be chilly tonight (low around 40) so dress warm for any early morning jumps (be careful with those hangover jumps!).The only naturals in this sport shit thru feathers... NWFlyer 2 #297 February 4, 2006 QuoteYeah, it seems like the weekdays are great and the weekends suck latetly. I certainly feel for you guys who have made the long trip. Well, Jordan, his wife Lisa, and I are having a great time in Scott's class at least, and we're learning a lot. I remain hopeful that we'll be able to do our jumps tomorrow (good news is that Scott's available then if we need to do it then... cuz Deland is still pretty sketch, weather-wise). Still planning to head down to Sebastian tonight, even though I got NO sleep last night - my flight was so late that by the time I got to my friend's house in Lake Mary it was almost 3:30, 4:00 before I could turn my brain off to sleep and the alarm went off at 6:45 to get up and head up to Deland. JumpShipGypsy 0 #300 February 6, 2006 lets see: Bad weather Sat. untill about 5pm, but the beer light came on around 3. Sunday morning, about a dozen jumpers ready to go at 8 am. But manifest didnt open until 9. first load up 9:30 ish. It went down hill from there for me. Not even close to worth the (3500mile) effort to get there for me. Ben, the gypsy.
