Brazil, Beach, Jumps. Where ?

Hello u all !

I'm planning to move and live in Brasil soon. But I don't know where for sure. I just have the following criteria:
There should be a beach ! And a DZ !! . And hopefully a nice weather too. I can't wait for paradise to come so I have to find it on earth.
I know the big DZs are situated around Sao Paulo, or inland. But I haven't heard a lot about the ones on the cost.
If anyone of you could share his experience on places there, I'll be delighted !
