Well today (Tues) there were only 2 otters, oh what a SLOOOOW day and 36 lifts... oh wait... after they told everyone no more lifts and gave back tickets, THEN they decided to have a 37th lift 2 hours later, but most folks had turned on the beer light by then.
Still a FUN time was had by all!! And they TRIED to get more planes but apparently there are politics beyond thier control.
Heading to Lake Wales tomorrow(Wed) to check out collegiates, then back for more fun!

We can only hope------ the back ups yesterday and today were incredible. The third otter was running from lunch time on and helped a little. A fourth plane would give them some breathing room.

Today was 20 way with 3 groups.
After a slow start, I got 4 jumps in by 4:30. I was on load 37. With the 3rd Otter running now, things shouldn't be as bogged down tomorrow.
Tomorrow is 30 way, with the 3 teams re-combined into 2. Some late arrivals lurked today, so the groups could get bigger.

Actually if you just organize for yourself smaller jumps, you can get on more because the big ways basically need an ENTIRE aircraft, so it may be SEVERAL loads later before you get on the next one.
Just come whatever you are doing, it's a hoot!

Autumn said yesterday there will be a 4th otter and a Helo.
I sent out the word to someone I know with a balloon. No promises on the balloon. A friend of mine will be flying Trikes and Gyro-copters on the other side of the airport and may stop by.

Z-Hills is an all around fun place.
There are a bunch of people here already and the fun has already started.

Like true lamers, Katie and I haven't looked into accomodation in the area. We assume the hotels will be busy with New Years and all but does anyone know if everything is all booked up yet or if there's a hope for a hotel in the area to stay at?
