Hey,

I am flying into Orlando on January 5th so I can jump the next day on my birthday. I am looking for some suggestions as to where to go on Friday. Was thinking of going back to lake wales, but wanted to know if any of the other dzs had anything going on.

I want to make sure i have a good day of jumping on my 27th bday.

Are you still belly flying? Go to Z-hills then Its a drive from Orlando, but trust me, worth it!

I have to put in a plug for Palatka if you are going into Orlando. It would be about an hour drive. Of course thats little traffic. There is the caravan now!! I love it there.

I have been to Florida to jump (from the UK) a few times. I have only been to Z Hills and Titusville - I thought both were great (love Z Hills, love the plane at Titusville - gets to 15k in about 6-8 minutes I think and will go to 18k if everyone wants. I suggest you call around to see if anything is going on. I am sure you will have a great time.

Yeah, if you are looking for a nice, friendly dropzone where you will be welcomed on an RW load with your kind of experience then I would recommend Skydive Palatka. Great view of the St Johns river and Atlantic Ocean and big landing area.

TronX3rd is the craziest entity ever known to man and will be so impossible to handle, the only thing you can do is stand there in awe and say " Wow.That really is TronX3rd"

One hour 15 minutes to Sebastian on the east coast! But take a tour. Hit a few dz's they all have their perks.

Too bad you are just missing the Invasion with us and too early for the Country Jam but there will still be jumping and great views.
