Jumping around Perth, Australia ??

Recommended Posts

Been a couple of times to Perth, I have good friends there and the parties are great. Probably the largest DZ in WA. They have a caravan and if they are not so busy they take the 206 to 14kft.

I have never been to WA Skydiving Academy. If you go to Melbourne visit Nagambie (they have a PAC 750 XL) or Picton / Sydney (Skyvan).

When I was in Oz last I made the drive up to Skydive Express.
It was very early on in my career. I did get the tandem factory feel. Very nice facilities, large landing areas. If I get back there I'd give them another shot now that I know the ways of the skydiving world.:)

There are 4 DZs near Perth the 2 bigger ones are

Skydive Express in York is about 120km from the coast, it's a vfery good DZ with GREAT facilites and a Caravan and 182, this is where I currently jump

The other DZ is 25km from the coast, the best thing about this DZ is the scenic views on the climb to height, the Dz facilites are spartan to say the least. They fly a 182 and a Navajo

Let me know when you plan on being here and I'll see if we can't get you out to both DZs and you can make up your own mind
You are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky)

How's yours doing?
