Some jump with weights, some dont.. thats a whole other topic. But yes, if the formation's fall rate is slower than the average belly flier's slowest fall rate, it makes it harder for floaters to get in to their slots. This is why its important for the base to maintain a good fall rate. Because as it builds, it WILL slow down. You have the perfect build for a belly flyer. You're tall and thin. With practice, you'll be able to fall as slow or as fast as you want to by increasing or decreasing the surface area you present to the wind. Anyway..enough hijacking.
