Dopey 0 #1 May 9, 2006 Plan to head out to western Norway next month (25th June - 02 July) for the Extreme Sports Week in Voss. Anyone have any experience with this event? Good for both experienced as well as low timers? More freefly or RW boogie? Tips to stay overnight (sorry do not have a tent - yet)?Some mistakes are too much fun to make only once. dragon2 2 #2 May 10, 2006 Last year I heard excellent reviews about the RW organising, not so good about the FF. But I only did one jump there, I was there for judging the swoop comp some 20 minutes away so didn't get much of the vibes really. For staying overnight, you can stay at the bunkhouse at the DZ (close duh but noisy with the parties) or at a bunkhouse further down the road (mostly 2 person rooms, either drive around the runway or just walk across, communal showers, bring your own pillow/sleepingbag). Contact the DZ for reservations as these were both full last year. Make sure you go see the end of day movies! Dopey 0 #4 May 12, 2006 Thanks for all your replies and advise Yeah, I know the prices, live now since a few weeks in Norway and looking at these prices makes you wanna go Oh, registration without the concerts is just under NOK 800 and with music concert access visits NOK1090.jump tickets are NOK195 (around 24 Euro)Some mistakes are too much fun to make only once.
