Wingsuits at Skydive Aggieland

Recommended Posts

I will be running first flight class ($30), organizing flocks and providing demo wingsuits ($10 per jump) at Aggieland June 17-18 for any jumpers interested and qualified. You must have a minimum of 200 jumps and be current to make a first wingsuit flight.

Please contact me if you are interested so I can schedule the class once a day and have properly sized demo suits available.

Yep, made 3 RW and 3 wingsuit jumps last weekend (see pics in wingsuit forum "best times" thread).

The helmet still makes my jaw hurt a bit, but I had been way too long on the ground. Now I gotta make up for those lost weekends :P

Actually........ Adam you left without paying and we are pissed --- when you show your face back at the DZ you better bring cash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really its because we are rich.(Well I am, Ted is more the flaming gay type....Did I tell you he will be gone BASE jumping for a week and will have no idea what I write about him)

In all reality Ted and I are trying to move in on your chic, we figured if your in the air with our suits that leaves at least one of us on the ground to hit on your woman. If you were just on a regular jump we wouldn't have enough time to seal the deal, but since your getting so much extra freefall time ................. we have extra time. :P

Real reason ------ if your at the DZ all the time (family) we don't charge for training or even suit rental most of the time
(sometimes we might charge for suit rental -- we did have to buy them).
But if we go to an event or someone just shows up at the DZ and wants to try we charge.

So if you think about that $30 is cheap and well worth it compared to having to hang out with us for a month just to get free training :):P

The pimp hand is powdered up ... say something stupid

Actually it's in the first flight waiver published by Phoenix-Fly at those rates. If you're demoing my suits a lot we'll work out a per day rental, but I did have to buy the demos and pay for my rating so I don't think its unreasonable. Some boogies/DZs have been known to cover my slot.

I have been known to do free classes and demos, like for jumpers who have let me borrow their rig for months or who feed my cats while I'm out of town.

I wish I made enough money that I could offer my services and wingsuits for free, but without part time packing I can't even afford to pay all my student loans and dentist bills- anyone wanna hire me and pay me 3x what I make now? :P

Phoenix-Fly is sending me demo Phantoms,

or that might be just one Phantom, depending on how the other one fits me. :D
.

Hey now, there might not be as many jumpers fighting over them as there were at Flock-n-Dock, but you still have to play nice and share or you're walking home! :D:D

*making note to bring MY truck to Aggieland* :P
