I re arranged it slightly to put more emphasis on canopy control right after the AFF (levels A - E) phase but other than that it's pretty generic. It's a good step in the right direction and I believe that after it's been hammered on in the field for a couple more years it will be pretty good. When they finish the AFF (levels A - E) part I hand them a folder of what to expect in the coach phase.
