mountainman 0 #1 March 3, 2003 Does anyone know if there is going to be a Safety Day at an Ohio DZ ? I haven't seen anything regarding one at my home DZ (SWC - Richmond, IN). Thanks for the info/help. (Mods - I wasn't sure to put this in events, dropzones, or here. LOL Move if necessary.)http://www.brandonandlaura.com

PhreeZone 20 #4 March 3, 2003 Celina should be having something after the weather breaks, SGC might too if the snow melts. I thought there was a DZ near Bowling Green again so they might have something too.Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com

I thought there was a DZ near Bowling Green again so they might have something too. Thanks Phree. That DZ by Bowling is long since closed. I called there a year or more ago and they said it's been gone for awhile. I think that was gossip for awhile. There was also one in Wasseun (sp) and that one closed about 2 seasons ago. Trust me... living over 1:30 away from a good sized DZ made me check out ALL the options. http://www.brandonandlaura.com
PhreeZone 20 #6 March 5, 2003 This just in.... Skydive Greene County Safety Evening Assuming we can get into the drive at the airport :) Friday April 11, 2003 6:00 pm till????????? Staff required attendance Lee & Jim This is'nt going to as fancy or in depth as other DZ's safety events. This is a good chance to go over some basics, have some reminders on other issues, and generally learn whats on the agenda and calendar for the year ahead. If anyone is wanting to attend and wants any topics covered like exit seperation, (Thanks Kallend!) airplane emergency topics, or just refeshers on packing, simple gear maintence or other issues PM me to discuss your wants and I'll see what I can do. In other news in the first part of April the Casa is returning so that means Turbines in Ohio again! sundevil777 102 #7 March 5, 2003 QuoteAssuming we can get into the drive at the airport :) Does this mean you won't be going there anytime soon to pack reserves, such as mine?People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am

mountainman 0 #9 March 5, 2003 A couple days ago, I got an email from Skydive Wayne County. They are having Safety Day on Saturday at 10am. If you are anywhere around this area, get over there ! If the hanger doors aren't frozen shut and there is some blue, maybe a jump could be squeezed in. Either way, Saturday, 10am until ??? . See you there ! If you have a question, email me for the annoucement email or email them. http://www.brandonandlaura.com
