Its BACK and back to its roots!

AOT will be the last weekend in September this year.

No frills - no registration, no t-shirts, etc. Just a lot of fun times with old friends and new. There will still be the catered meal that makes it worth driving even if you don't jump. Cost will still be $10-15, there will still be prime rib, there will still be vegetarian friendly dishes, and as always it will still be one of (if not the) best meals you have had (not to mention at a boogie).

We are working on some specialty aircraft. We are also planning formation loads out of the Caravan and a PAC 750.

Well, AOT like it had grown into (expensive specialty A/C and such) is no more. We decided to get back to our roots, like the fist AOT boogie in 2000. Basic plane(s) and a good time. That was one of the most fun AOTs to date, by the way. Even if Gahan tried to land the King Air wheels up.

Eitherway we'll have a good party Saturday night, with live music, and I'm not sure but I wouldn't doubt another Norgate invasion. However, with the new city laws and such its getting harder to do what we used to do. We might just have to have a good party on the DZ.

As usual, we'll have seperate motorcycle parking for those who want to ride in. Also as usual, the bike parking is kind of a show and shine area for you to show off your motorcycle.

At this time the Phoenix-Fly demos are NOT available for that weekend, so I will have to do some borrowing and scrounging to make sure I have a wingsuit available in your size.

Thanks bro, I've taken a first flight class before, last AOT actually, don't really feel like messing with it this year. I would rather swoop, or atleast try really hard to swoop.

All I can think about is how much fun the boogie will be, with all the people and the cool vibe. I can feel the cool vibe coming already. With the really good meal Saturday night. There's just something about the AOT boogie that's a great time.

Well, the reference about finding a wingsuit in "your size" made me think it was about me since there's not really a "big and tall" wingsuit store in the mall. I still laugh about it being called the "fat American suit."

BTW,

There is no registration fee. Meal tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the event.

Lift tickets will be every day price (currently $21).

There will be live music on Saturday and maybe on Friday if we don't go to Dudley's (Northgate).

Swoop course will be set up separate from the main landing area.

Fun times will be had by all....and the beating will continue until morale improves

Hey Tod! Looking forward to AOT again this year. Hopefully I will be able to jump, as last year I had just had surgery :(

I hope the door repair on the Caravan isn't too expensive. It looks like it's just one section of plexiglass.

Oh, and the "snakes on a plane" were removed and stuffed into the pilot's red drawstring bag, in order to prevent irrational panic from one gal who absolutely fears snakes. Even fake ones. So feel free to hang those back out of the air vents once again. I thought they looked kinda cool.

The snakes were from a tandems student I think (of course due to the movie). It happened while I was in CO.
