I thought after WT I wouldn't be wanting to do the big ways, but I got to say I'm really looking forward to doing some big stuff and hopefully seeing everyone.

I know a bunch of folks will be there Wednesday to warm up, I believe Bob H. is going to be putting some stuff together.

I am looking forward to it. On the registration page on Skyquest website, it only shows 50 some signed up so far. That would still be fun, but I thought it was supposed to be 100+?

I hadn't checked it, and don't know how often they update it. I'd be real surprised if it didn't get real close to the 100 size.

But hell I bet they would be some great 50 ways.

The website says something like "list of people who paid already for the event". I am sure the list of attending people is much longer. This might be a reminder for making your payments (shame on me, not on the list yet either ).

To non-US skydivers paying via PayPal:

I just made my payment via PayPal, used my German bank account. On finishing the transaction, I got a confirmation message, including this information: "The changing rate was 1.2395"
I checked, the official changing rate right now is 1.2726. Instead of taking 1 % like almost every credit card (for use abroad), PayPal takes 2.6 %. The difference is almost a box of Corona. So maybe you can pay with your credit card directly (and let me participate in working on the Corona you saved).

Looking at the current list today, it looks like about three bussloads from the road to the Udon Thani airport. I think this is going to be one very fun big-way gathering. I just saw the dives tonight, and they look awesome. I'm very glad for the currency jumps I made at ZHills last weekend. Anyone who jumped with Guy and Louie got a great workout and had a hell of a good time. It will be good to get back together for another fun weekend.

Wow, look at the dives. Dive 2, that is definitely "Kaleidoscope" - hope we will do good in this one. All the others are nice as well, and sure, the diamond always a challenge, but this dive 2, that is "Kaleidoscope"!

So how was it? I got to watch several jumps on Saturday, but couldn't be there Sunday.
