I'm bringing my whuffo hubby and hel'll need a nice place to watch cable TV! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Thanks! I stayed at Days Inn in Alvin, TX last time and had no problems (it was preferably close as well). Other than that, most people picked the Best Western in Angleton. If you haven't already, go the www.skyfestboogie.com and look under the lodging page. It has a list of close hotels with their numbers. Hope this helps. BIGUN 1,303 #153 May 8, 2007 Quoteplattsburgh, ny ---- i think i should get a free jump for the long drive J, hahaha jk !!!!! so just wanted to post that i and a couple crazy new yorkers will be there, just look for the big tent with an air conditioner rigged up in it, For those coming from up north.... If you've never been to Houston; the humidity will suck you dry -quickly. Please consider "prehydrating" yourself for at least 4 days prior to arriving and then "overhydrating" all day long. If you wait until you get there and start drinking water then, it'll be too late.Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard. Just ask Skydivermom about her ceremony experience last year. The only way I'd go through it is if I wanted to participate in the ceremony for others later. It seems to be a lot of fun for them.
