SARLDO 0 #3 February 22, 2007 That's the obvious answer but, is SD/SD the best place for me to spend my one and only day off (if I only want to hang out with fellow divers and jump all day) or is there somplace else I should go?"Always do right. HillerMyLife 0 #4 February 23, 2007 Well if you can cover 90-ish miles fairly quickly(and you should be able to on the 215) Perris Valley Skydive and Skydive Elsinore are both great. I would probably hit up Perris for some weekday jumps though. I was there last Tuesday and there was a load going up about every 40 mins or so, sometimes even turning.Someday Never Comes
GravityGirl 0 #5 February 23, 2007 Which day? Skydive San Diego is open 7 days a week. We have different groups trainging here all of the time, so loads are usually turning. So. When are you coming? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear!
SARLDO 0 #6 February 23, 2007 I'll be in the area from the 3/12 to 3/16 and likely have Thursday the 15th available."Always do right. This will gratify some people and astonish the rest" ~Samuel Clemens MB#4300 Dudeist Skydiver #
GravityGirl 0 #7 February 23, 2007 Cool. I work at the DZ on Thursdays. It shouldn't be too hard to rally up some jumpers on a Thursday if the weather is good. Do you freefly or r-dub? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear!
