Unstable 9 #2 March 25, 2007 If you are interested in Learning to skydive and going through with your license - then I don't know of anyplace you can go to for less than http://www.ksu.edu/ksupc Skydive KState. Thats my home DZ. We do Static line. We are a club; not a business. Students pay $25 per semester for gear rental, and we have brand new student wings (January 2007) with cypres 2s, and 2004 navigator mains. Like I said, we are not a business. Student skydivers pay just their slot + instructor slot and packing if necessary. Lift tickets are $12 to 5k and +$1 up to 10K after that - so you can do the math and figure out lift ticket prices. We are about skydiving- and we use any money we have to make sure our aircraft, our equipment, and our training procedures are as safe as possible. give us a look up - or shoot me a PM if interested.=========Shaun ==========

Unstable 9 #5 March 26, 2007 Yup. Lodi has us beat. I wonder how they do it? We pretty much break even and our instructors don't take any home......They must do a lot of tandems.=========Shaun ==========
pullhigh 0 #6 March 28, 2007 Stop by my house. I've got a parashoot and an aeroport nearby. I can teach you everything you need to know. just let me knoe the cheapest price you find and I'll beat it by 10%. Heck, for an extra $50 I'll even let you use the parashoot, that way you can jump more than once... Seriously though, is evrything about price? I mean this is not exactly the safest sport in the world, why go to the low bidder to learn survival skills? Ganja

Yes they do ALOT of tandems, but Bill has it going on with good instructors, good manifesting, and his lift capacity helps as well .
