Alaska Sky Sports (ASS for short) is now officially open!!!! Located about 1/2 mile from the old dropzone in Wasilla, Alaska a little north of Anchorage!

We have tandem masters standing by and are getting AFF instructors lined up. For those of you planning to help out, tandems, AFFs, packing, flying the plane, etc., please let us know your available schedules.

Also, please keep a watch out for other drop zone possibilities, in case of inclement weather at one, we can switch over to another! So far, we have permission to land in 2 different areas and we are looking for more alternate fields!
Important Notice!!! ...and this may be one of the biggest reasons we are able to jump this year, and something we need to make everyone aware of, is that our "drop zone" is on loan to us. This property, including the run way and landing areas are only available to us due to certain key contact people. And as skydivers, spectators, and those supporting skydiving activities on this property, we need to be especially appreciative and respectful, as this is only on loan to us as long as we don't over-step our bounds. Therefore, we need to make the following rules very clear to everyone.

First, it has been requested that we bring NO CHILDREN or DOGS onto the premises due to extremely hazardous situations and unforeseen liabilities. This means EVERYONE, no exceptions!

Secondly, we have to pick up after ourselves, which, I'm happy to report, has been great so far!

And thirdly, we must end our frivolities by 6 pm until further notice.

We know you will honor these requests because we know how much you love skydiving and unfortunately, this is all we have at the present time!

(By the way, there WILL be a Rent a Can on the premises, come hell or high water!!)

We invite you all to come out every weekend and bring all your interested friends.

Every experienced skydiver who personally brings in a new student for either their first tandem or first AFF, will be rewarded with a FREE SKYDIVE!!! (Must be brought to Manifest's attention before they sign the waivers.)

We will do all we can to make ALASKA SKY SPORTS an experience to remember!
