firstime 0 #5 January 13, 2008 set up a little early, I think Eloy is about 1500 ft asl and rarely have winds. I went 2 yrs ago and on my 1st jump of the week I overshot the landing area (I was moving faster than I was used to) and yup the desert is as hard as concrete. I was out for the 1st 3 days of my trip therefore I was forced to drink while licking my wounds. All in all its a great place to go and looking forward to the next trip.
