archi77 0 #1 February 26, 2008 So does anyone know if Chambersburg Skydive Center (Chambersburg, PA) goes into hybernation over the winter? I've sent three emails and left one or two voice mails, trying to find out if they have any events planned for Safety Day? Maybe I'll try to swing by the DZ this weekend, if I can find some free time. Otherwise, any help would be appreciated..."Once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been and there you long to return." peregrinerose 0 #2 February 26, 2008 No, they don't go into hibernation, just slower when the weather isn't jumpable. They always have a nice full schedule of lectures for Safety day, so be there!! Do or do not, there is no try -Yoda

A'ight, thanks for the replies...I'll see if I can change my schedule so I can be there on the 8th - supposed to be taking a Con Ed class in Emmitsburg..."Once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been and there you long to return."
