As to the OP question, I have no idea because:

A, I'm a noob

B, I have no idea where the OP is located

Stone tends to be a British unit of measurement. At 290 lbs there really is not many options for you since the harnesses are only rated for 254 lbs usually and the Brits tend to be pretty strict on the rules.
