Skydiving in Saratov, Russia

I'm going to be in Saratov on business for a couple of weeks and I'd love to jump there. I see online that there are nearby dropzones and it seems like a hot spot for skydiving, but I don't speak Russian and can't find a way to post on their forums.

So my question is, does anybody know about skydiving in Saratov or can somebody scrape http://forum.saratov.ru/index.php? and let me know the details?

1. Can I go and jump there and have an easy time speaking only English?
2. Can I rent gear there?
3. What is the best DZ in the area, how will I get there from the city, and what can I jump out of?
4. Am I allowed to jump in Russia with an A license?

I am not sure about the Saratov. I couldn't find any information about local drop zones. I would recommend to spend couple of days and stop at the http://www.aerograd.ru/index_en.html . And yes you could jump with the A. Just don't forget your medical insurance card
