leapdog 0 #1 October 27, 2008 For anyone who is intersted, There is a intermediate canopy control course being held at Lake Wales, Fl on Nov 1&2. The busy season starts in Florida pretty soon. now is a good time to study canopy flight since the traffic patterns are going to get populated. The details are listed on the lake wales DZ website under experienced skydivers then events. leapdog 0 #3 October 27, 2008 The posting on the lake wales website descibes the course is appropriate for jumpers who understand how to fly in a pattern and can land standing up consistenly. So I guess intermediate means just beyond the basics but not yet advanced like Swooping or full blown CFS.
