Ride from Deltona, FL to Zhills

I'm going to be in Florida for new years, and would very much like to be at Zhills on new year's eve. I may have a car, but am not 100% certain. It would be great if someone could give me a ride if I end up not getting the car..
I will be staying in Deltona - 12 miles from Deland.
