I've looked into everything to try to make things easier. It all comes down to $$$. If I remember right I could get an ATM on site in Dublin if I raised the registration to about $75. When you don't have a history with taking credit cards the fees are high. All amount to some jackass somewhere saying that I am screwing everyone and making a fortune.
