TMSullivan 0 #1 July 17, 2012 Here in No. San Diego Co. CA.we have a new DZ. Tsunami Skydive at the Oceanside airport. It is about 1 1/2 mile from the ocean with just about perfect wheather. The DZ opening was the weekend of July 14=15 and there were lots of local jumpers on attendance. They have a PAC750XL plane that takes up to 14 jumpers to 13000 ft. in about 14 min. My home drop zone will always be Perris Valley, CA. but it is 50 min. away. This new DZ is 14 min. from my home in Vista, CA and will certainly be the one I jump the most.
