tred 0 #1 February 6, 2015 ok I will possibly be coming to the charlotte area in april. it appears the nearest dropzone is skydive Carolina. Does any one know if there is camping there? I wont have a car but can be dropped off either for one day or a long weekend ( Thursday thru sunday) if there is a place to sleep. CCGV19 0 #3 February 11, 2015 When in April? Starting April 15th Skydive Carolina will be open Wed- Sunday. Its an awesome DZ. Great vibe and top notch people and airplanes. Their is a bunk house you stay at and people camp down there a lot. Are you an experienced jumper? Do you need to rent gear? Make sure to bring log book and license with you.
