monkycndo 0 #3 May 9, 2016 Saying "best" is like asking what is the best flavor of ice cream. What do you like? Lift capacity? Bar and food? Good weather(hot or cold)? Do you need rental gear? Bunk house? Etc. Fill in some blanks so an intelligent answer can be provided. There are a lot of DZs in the states you listed. Not that Amazon's isn't intelligent.50 donations so far. Give it a try. Flying in that tunnel in the afternoon must be like flying in a blowtorch! Heh heh heh It IS really nice in December!I'm trying to teach myself how to set things on fire with my mind. Hey... is it hot in here?
countzero 7 #5 May 10, 2016 I would recommend these DZs for a new jumper based on my personal experiences at them: Elsinore, Perris and Eloy. They all have good facilities, are open during the week, have a tunnel on site (or close by), are accommodating to newer jumpers and have good load organizers.diamonds are a dawgs best friend

Get up early..... jump your butt off till some dust devils start popping up anywhere out in the dusty desert.... go get some food in the café...then go chill in the pool till it starts to cool off and then jump your butt off till the sunset load. I think someone told me that Perris was more belly friendly while Elsinore was more of a free flyers dz. Agree?
