Looking for Folks Who Have Jumped in All Fifty States

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I was wondering if folks here could help me get in touch with skydivers who have made at least one jump in all fifty states. If you know of anyone who has completed the fifty states and you have a contact e-mail or phone number for them I would appreciate your help.

So far I have (in approximate order of completion)-

FIFTY STATE FALLERS

1. Bobby Valenzuela
2. Shawn Leslie
3. Karen Hawes
4. Satomi Yamanaka
5. Atsushi Yamanaka
6. Betty Moore
7. Harry Moore

We have talked to Lew Sanborn as recently as April of this year and know he has 49 states.(Hawaii yet to go)

Thanks in advance for any info you might have!

Do you know who did it travelling with Charlie Merritt (sp?) as the pilot (he operated the Ski-Hi Pioneer Sport Parachute Club in Phoenix until his death in the early '80's)? I think they may have only done the lower 48.
People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am

Then maybe we should send him, anyone want to organise it?
I don't care how many skydives you've got,
until you stepped into complete darkness at
800' wearing 95 lbs of equipment and 42 lbs
of parachute, son you are still a leg!

Well, "April of this year" in this context was April, 2004. But I think it still may be true. Easy enough to ask him.

We last spoke with Lou in August of 2006 before we left for Fairbanks, he was hooking us up with a fellow in Fort Yukon who might let us jump from his plane north of the Arctic Circle. He still did not have Hawaii at that time. Yes I would gladly help sponsor him to Hawaii.

We have added two more to our list as of 2006. I am at work and don't have the names in front of me right now but I believe Walt is one of them. If I remember correctly they both had Georgia connections.
