Under canopy yes - but then you need your ears in case someone is shouting for you to get out of the way or something like that. Not being able to hear "Hold! Traffic!" or "Look out!" under canopy could be fatal. A headset that can overcome the noise of freefall (like a David Clark) will filter too much outside noise to let you hear; any other kind of headset (like a walkman headset) will require either too much power or will be too loud once you open.-bill von Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
