packerkevin 0 #1 June 20, 2005 Ok, here we go.. Does anyone know the age of the oldest tandem passenger? We did one this weekend that was 98 years old.Growing old is mandatory, Growing up is optional
bodypilot1 0 #2 July 24, 2005 I took my oldest passenger today and he did great! He ventured out to the DZ today with the rest of his roomies from the retirement home. I hope I'm as fit as this guy is at 90 years old. Be safe. Edwww.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
davidlayne 5 #3 July 24, 2005 So who's the oldest active Tandem Master?I don't care how many skydives you've got, until you stepped into complete darkness at 800' wearing 95 lbs of equipment and 42 lbs of parachute, son you are still a leg!
NickDG 23 #4 July 24, 2005 David raises the better question. Since a dead person can do a tandem jump as a passenger I've never gotten the "oldest" thing at all. Oldest only has purchase if its static line or AFF . . . NickD BASE
bodypilot1 0 #5 July 25, 2005 QuoteSo who's the oldest active Tandem Master? I can vouch for 65 yr old, social security drawing , Mike Spurgon in Lodi. He hammers them out, even on the days it's over 100 degrees outside. Be safe. Edwww.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
