Does anyone have a copy of John Quilter's biography?

John Quilter was the inventor behind GQ Parachutes of Great Britain and patented several important innovations such as direct bags and MA-1 pilot chutes.

I saw that hard-cover book - at a used book store in Boston - circa 1984.
In 1994 - while drop-testing with GQ Defence engineers - I asked them about the book and they said that it was already in short supply.
