Georger I was reading what you said and then to find you take things regarding myself and Weber and totally distort them:
Georger stated: McCoy was covered because as Agent Carr conveyed here many times, 'McCoy was the real-McCoy!'. a real hyjacker, caught, imprisoned, escaped, and eventually shot and killed when McCoy drew down
on the FBI at Virginia Beach, the same place Jo & Duane Weber would move to just several years later, where Duane Weber presumably became interested in McCoy and the Cooper story (Jo claims she and Duane knew nothing of McCoy or Cooper at Virginia Beach)![
=======================
When we moved to Va. Bch. was in 1983 several yrs after he took me to WA in 1979 and told and showed me what he did. Our moving to VA is not when or why Duane became interested in McCoy or the Cooper Story. I would appreciate it if you would keep yours statements regarding this factual rather than adding to the myths and if you would please refrain from making COY statements about Weber unless you verify the facts.
This is the kind of thing that contributes to the myths of the future.

I don't think you know McCoy at all.
Remember everything about how deeply his wife was involved (it came out in later court case regarding the book. She was never charged though).
I think you're creating a mythology that isn't just right.
Now it's fair to say there's this weird thing between Vietnam, helicopter pilot, novice sport jumper, national guard, husband, mormon, and a guy who can then escape from prison etc.
(not to mention he was going to BYU to be law enforcement)
Even the circumstances of what happened on the prison escape are muddied.
Who knows what McCoy was really like? No one.
He could fly a damn helicopter in Vietnam though.
(edit) I don't know why Georger is saying Carr was spot-on about McCoy. Carr used McCoy as an example of how an expert jumper would do it. McCoy was a novice jumper. Now if you want to say McCoy was an example of how a novice jumper would do it...okay.

He sold insurance and did some crime with his wife.
She covered it up and posts to a forum on the internet giving relationship advice. For free.
(edit) Duane apparently buried most of the money inside his dead dog.

But my general opinion is that no one has any information to say anything reasonable about who Cooper might have been. It's biased more by who the observer is, rather than any evidence about Cooper.
Now you know that is not true.
Which "observer" would you pick to do your heart surgery ... or as your guide on a fishing expedition?
bad examples. Both of those have stuff to observe and study.
My point is there's nothing to study.
Any damn opinion off the street is just as good.
If good fishing was random, I could take you anywhere and be just as good as any fishing guide.
Same with heart surgery. If there was nothing to study, and success was just luck, I'd cut you open and be just as good.
The FBI dropped the ball since Duane was named a suspect - I guess they had too many bank robbers and murderers or worse to chase. There is NO time line - after all the FBI had this for 13 yrs...and our information will be revealed when we have written verification of the information that has been provided.
I will rule out C,D and E. But A and B might be pushing this a little. This is something WE did NOT expect to find and not the additional information we were looking for...but, better. Even though it is conclusive to me - I can hear the FBI now -"You have to put him on the plane"...nothing we present is ever going to result in the FBI admitting they screwed up with Weber.
This infomation spells cover-up because this is something I did point on just like a bird dog in 1997 in my conversations with Ralph Hope and subsequent agents. It is something I have investigated long and hard myself, but with limited resources to do so. I was puzzled by the source and skeptical until one of the guys explained his why and how.
I AM NOT intentionally teasing you and this is NOT meant as a tease. It was just a bolt of lighting right out of the storm we were already in...if you thought you had the key to solve a 38 yr old case - would you tell in in a thread? No you wouldn't!. You would do what we are doing - verifying and trying to figure out what to do with the infomation and who you confront and where you go with it.
My Question: WHO is to blame for this information being missed or was it deliberate and is the information verifiable?
