snowmman 3 #15277 January 6, 2010 QuoteI think Georger could find two of the photos, but he is afraid to take the challenge. Instead of showing his search prowess, he derides me and Snow. It feeds Snow's ego, so I guess that's good. If I ran the FBI I'd do anything I could to draft Snow, but I'd have to assign at least four SAs to keep an eye on him. 377 I'll take that bet. I think georger can't find any. I think it's a fair bet. In fact we can let it run a couple months. Even after you get one, the others don't just flow. Canadian airborne regiment - created in 1968. - Canada is close. Do the crime, then slip back across the border. - The FBI is not going to go to Canada. Once across the border, you are safe. I can't understand why people would assume that Cooper suspects must be exclusively American.

snowmman 3 #15282 January 6, 2010 Exactly. The FBI looked at all this before. Now tell me again, what can anyone here do that the FBI couldn't? (edit) I remember reading the transcript of when the FBI interviewed Braden in '73. It's amazing how they were able to figure out he wasn't Cooper in just a couple hours. Hats off! (edit) Sorry Orange1, you're off the list. Exactly why are you listening to anything Jo says? You claim to be rational. You're not.
skyjack71 0 #15283 January 6, 2010 377 states: How about Duane shoplifting massive caches of Kool Aid? How does that risky behavior fit in with him pulling up stakes and moving to avoid attention, especially if he thought he'd "left his prints on the aft stairs." Jo replies: The Kool Aid incidents were in the very last yr of his life - He was an old and shriveled man walking with a cane. -------------------------------- 377 states: A shoplifting arrest would include fingerprinting. When did Duane ever give anyone "the shirt off his back." Last I heard he was swiping their coats. Jo replies: You do not realize we lived in what was a very small and close communty at that time - and they knew Duane and he was known for his kindnesses. Remember he was an old crippled man - only a ghost of what he had been. --------------------------------- Jo restates: "Cooper was a very sad man" and you need to think about why he was sad and then why he was "giddy and child-like" when the money arrived. These are not ordinary reactions of someone for hire or someone who planned this caper and actually expected it to work. ------------------------------------ Jo stated: 13. Now just a short story about his last yrs on this earth. He had this huge down Blue jacket and he would go to the grocery for me since I was working 10 hours a day. Our cupboard was full of Kool-aid. We didn't drink Kool-aid and then I discovered several packages in his coat pocket. He was keeping in practice. Jo clarifies: This was in the last few months of his life - he was keeping busy and keeping in practice. If you had seen him and / or pictures of him during that those last few months you would understand and wonder HOW he managed to keep going. He occupied his time with mischief - taking Kool Aid for which he had NO use. ---------------------------------- Jo restates: He didn't do this because we couldn't afford the Kool-aid or bottle of aspirn, but because he had to keep in practice - and just because he could. He had this grin that would melt the heart of anyone he spent time with. He would give a man the shirt off his back - he turned his back on no one. I will still never understand how a man who had spent all of those yrs in 6 different prisons could be the man I knew - but, he was. Jo clarifies: Ask anyone who knew him. "Giving the shirt off his back" is an old expression for kind deeds. You will find many testimonies - regarding the kindness given to others during the yrs I knew him. Whatever he may have been - he tried to make up for the grief and problems that he had created for others - even those he created for me...during those final yrs. ------------------------------------- Jo Restates: The next day when I got to the hospital they said he had been asking for me. The afternoon before he was shouting about "Let's go Jo - lets get this Show on down the road, Jo" I don't remember his exact words - I am sure I have written them down before. That night they put a patch on him that night - told me to go home because I had been at the hospital night and day for wks. going home only to shower and change. When I returned to the hospital they said he had been asking for me. His last words: "Take the Baby downstairs" "Bring the Baby upstairs" "I can't go till the Baby gets here". "I love you." I just realized he must have had this discussion with Tina on that plane. He was talking about the rebirth as Tina had prayed for his soul and his rebirth - It was part of her pray for him and praying for his soul - because he himself felt he would die that night...and he was "ascared". She assured him he would be reborn - as he had confessed his sins to her...that is what he was talking about. Right now this is the first time those words ever made sense. I never understood what he was talking about. Maybe this is how it is supposed to end. Jo Clarifies: This was written because maybe some of you should know it - not one word of it was composed or thought out - it was my putting the words on paper what I am remembering and feeling at this time. As all of you know a young man came to see me in mid December and noted many things I had not considered important. It was his visit and my subsequent review of that 'book" with picture of the little girl - when I found "My name is Tina. (pronounced Teena) "I hope you will find my Tina Tips helpful." The book has this on the very first page with a picture of butterfly. "LOOK FOR THE GOOD WHEREVER YOUR ARE" As you travel along life's way, Make someone happy wherever you are So at evening when you pray, You can feel the day well spent Because of your smile and cheer, And May God help you this 'motto' to live Through many and many a year. Why was this book and that picture SO significant. If you don't know now - You will Never Know! Does anyone know anything about Tina's background prior to 1971? I expect not. Why did she tell me "Cooper was a very Sad Man". Can any of you imagine what was going thur this child's mind when she was sitting there with Cooper - terrified this could possibly be her LAST moments on this earth? How did this child of 22 survive emotionally and why did she then devote her life to the GOD that delivered her safely? Connecting dots - maybe? nigel99 476 #15294 January 6, 2010 Jo, I don't like answering your posts as I feel like I am "feeding the troll". But your last post had a small section of interest. Are you alleging that 1) Tina gave Cooper a notebook/diary on the flight and that this is definitely THE Tina (not Tina Turner) 2) You still have this book in your possession and the mystical FBI gremlins have not made it go "poof"?
