All I have ever started to do here is find out information about my father. FOIA requests are nothing but pieces of paper that have no significant value other than throwing them into a round file.

Now I have participation from the FBI. I think that is more than you have received on your ramblings.

I think you and your wife, Charis, should get out more. March 15th would be a great day to go to Mexico for a week. Get her out of that house! Those paint and varnish fumes from the frames you have been assembling can really mess with that cerebrum of yours.

The quandry is ultimately this... if the FBI doesn't find Vicki's dad somewhere else, and they say that fingerprints and DNA match Melvin's... unless they find a body in a parachute, there will always be those who say the FBI is just trying to solve the case and reinforce their theory that he died that night.

Quite frankly, just as the FBI could probably never get a conviction in this case based on what the public has been told is the FBI's "preserved" evidence on a live DB, they will also never be able to convince some that this same evidence proves there is a dead DB whose body was never found. just myho....

There will always be those that will be loath to believe that DB didn't walk away (Confession..me included

lol....the human mind is a funny thing...when I wrote Tiki bar, the first image that came to mind was Tom Cruise throwing around liquor bottles....couldn't take that image cause the next one was him prancing around in his bvds playing air guitar......yuck.... so I added salsa - which made me think of Paul Newman...a much nicer picture.

I have been quiet, but you are the most HORRIBLE MAN I have ever known in my life.

Number one everything about Duane's past I know has been stated before. I don't go and try to make connections - but if there is one I will link it.

Remember Duane was born in OHIO. He lived in CA and his mother and father are buried there...he has a long CA history. He was in McNeil, San Quentin and Folsom. He was connected to the San Moreno Sanitarium and there is a name of a male nurse on a card he carried in his hidden wallet with the false ID.

Duane was in Ks, Mn, Mo and OH and as both Duane Weber and John Collins.

Duane was everywhere - how did one man manage to be so many places?

By the way encase it interests anyone.... Duane and his wife of the times used other aliases - now stick that one in your shorts Mr. JT, which I hope have been soak in gasoline. I found it odd a wife who claimed she didn't know his name was Weber until 1968 would do this.

Her father was in the Midwest during the yrs 1962 - 1969 - the same yrs Duane was in Mn, Oh, Mo and Ks.

The CA connections is there and the others - YOU can't make those go away - they are what they are...they are part of Duane's past. I do NOT know of a connection other those stated above. There was a Melvin or Marvin in Duane's past.

I am now also going to state something else for the record:

Jerry Helms and Jack Anderson are part of Duane's past - and when you sit on that one - you will crap. It was 2000 when the FBI shut me down on the information trail...now I know why because Nuttall was keeping WA very busy with all of those letters. Then when Jack died the CIA wanted his files and tricked his wife - she thought they only wanted specific files - but they wanted them ALL.

Why do you think the FBI didn't try to find the one person which would put Duane in WA. Ed Horan. I couldn't get past the privacy act even though the man is dead. All the FBI had to do was contact his emplioyer to get his records.

They didn't have to - because he was part of all of this past of Duane's.

Did you ever in your MJ haze think about HOW or WHY Duane was arrested in 1966 as John Collins and imprisoned as John Collins and commutated as John Collins when they knew he was Duane L. Weber. Do you have a screw ball ideal what was really going on or are you part of the cover-up with all of the Crap.

Carr carried on and on about the master fingerprints and presented a set taken in 1944 - give me a break. Yet, they didn't catch this when he was arrested as John Collins - there is something very very wrong with this picture and you know it is...and so does the government.

There is nothing and I mean nothing that defines America better than a Tiki Bar. OK, I’ll admit a slight passion for the establishments which once dotted our great nation free of the burden of context. That’s what made them so cool and memorable; I think I remember them anyway. We had such high hopes anticipating space travel, triangu-esque clocks and Googie buildings. Man the future was going to be great and the only thing that could make it better would be to combine the three aforementioned with the exotic Tiki experience.

A virtual cornucopia of tastes could be satisfied. Display your panache with an order of aptly named cocktails like the Mai-Tai, Blue Hawaii and the perennial favorite Zombie. Won’t those beverages be the perfect complement to the fondue?

I also gave her the same advise everyone else did - about checking things out before sticking your neck out and she did exactly what everyone recommended. The girl has a head on her shoulder and she has done a good job.
