Doug and I had received a reply from a man who was a Geologist in WA. This was in result to our enquiries.

"I am writing this letter in regards to your request for infomation about the location of Boy Scout Camp, sawmill, and fire lookout tower in SOUTHERN WA STATE."

He goes on to explain about a Boy Scout Camp and that Battleground Lake is about 2 miles S.E. This man thought maybe Duane had taken me to Battleground Lake. We enquired about "Frenchman's Reef"...which did not exist.

Now Jerry since we told this man the same things I told you - WHY didn't you tell me about Tena's Bar?. See folks I knew little to nothing about WA state at that time.

Also in this letter the man replies about Hwy 14...and things in close proximity. Note this is ALL about the South Eastern Corner of WA. State.

Since you do NOT know how to use spell check or use punctuations - being able to use the Blue is way over your head. ONE wrong move and you throw the forum in a spin - the posts become elongated making the thread impossible to read. Learn the basics first - like spelling, punctuation and paragraphs. When you accomplish that then perhaps you can graduate to other things.

Now I will go back to my books and find MORE things that prove you to be the one probagating a fantasy of your own.

He is more focused on her alleged flare sighting and what it would mean about the flight path if it were true. I’m still intrigued about Vicki’s old man. The ONLY person suggested who has been missing since the crime, had a reason to be missing and had the Feds looking for him. Who said I was ON my deathbed at that time! I had been in a terrible auto accident - 12 broken bones and facial cuts and hip and knee injuries I still suffer with and a concussion I was also on heavy drug for several months). I am unable to find my copy of the 101, but it was perhaps one of the 1st sites I posted on - REMEMBER FOLKS I had NOT yet been to WA. and HAD not discovered that I was being guide by the pro of deception.

A woman in Washougal contacts me -and she thinks she know the area I am talking about (SEE JERRY everyone who contacted me never mentions I-5). That is because they had the comprehension skills you evidently did not possess or I was NOT making myself understood to you in our conversations.

She tells me about an old cell tower in the area and she talks about an old house owned by a school teacher that had been vacant for yrs before it burned down.

Now it is May 6 of 2000 and I recieve a communication from a young lady who thinks her mother born in 1949 might have been Duane's daughter, but Duane's daughter would have been born before 1949.

Over the next few days she send more emails and a picture of herself...nice looking girl.

Farflung. Whats realy great about Vicki's father is that he fits all the criteria. He was desperate for money to survive and hide.He did have a military back ground. The exstent of his training it not known yet. Well at least I don't know it yet. The FBI is interested in it enough to make this a solid investigation. He is the first real suspect in over 25yrs, that has not been fabricated or brought to the attention of the public through a author writing a book and looking for a movie deal.Or paying some one for info to make up stories.Vicki and a family member who monitors Drop Zone is not claiming that there father is DB Cooper there just saying it is a posibility and if he is they think the public has a right to see this case solved.There making up no stories or applying any presure on any law inforcement agency. There not looking for a book deal or attention. They have not gone to the news media and requested 15 minutes of fame with a exagerated story.Instead they have done it low key. In 1996 I was NOT claiming Duane was Cooper for any reason other than what I had learned...and wanting to know if it was true - for the very reasons Vicki needs to know - to have some answers about the past.
And like Vicki - I did not push the envelope - from 1996 until 2000 I stayed quiet WAITING for the FBI to show me something that proved Duane was not Cooper....until I caught the FBI in a serious error - which occurred during a phone call in Mar. of 2000.


Now on May 12 2000 - I receive an answer to the WA State Patrol Dept of Identification and Chrimina History resulting from MY OWN enquiry and not that of the FBI.

They CAN find NO criminal history on Duane L. Weber and refer me to other departments that might be able to assist me???????

Remember YOUR words - you are stating that I said that Ralph could not stand you - but you would have had to have made me very mad for me to loose it enough to speak that badly of Ralph. I have jumped many many times when the winds aloft were over 70 MPH

And the speed of the winds on landing were only 5 to 15 MPH..

The shear where those air masses meet gets a bit bumpy.. but its a fun ride. It has zero effect on the skydive.. and little on the canopy ride... especially if you know how to spot for that.

You should try jumping and learn the reality of what the sky holds in store.... facts always trump bullshit.
