What is available are snapshot pieces - from folks who were invovled in some way. Here are my recommendations: 1. Ralph Himmelsbach's NORJAK, the Investigation of DB Cooper. 2. Russ Calame and Bernie Rhodes: DB Cooper - The Real McCoy. 3. Richard Tosaw's DB Cooper - Dead or Alive? They all have some thing valuable to give. Also, Ron and Pat Forman's "The Legend of DB Cooper - Death by Natural Causes" is an interesting part of the Cooper litertaure because - as a psychological study - it shows what kind of person Cooper might have been. Along those lines, some of the books coming out now about the covert ops in VietNam, especially by those of the 5th Special Forces - like Billy Waugh - give a good insight into guys who did Cooper-type jumps and planning every day, for 10 grand a year. Farflung 0 #22455 March 16, 2011 It’s abundantly clear that parallel research, independent verification or the allowance for multiple theories is to be rendered extinct with the one true answer guarded by some self appointed Cerberus. Between asking about paper bags, dredging operations and providing links to the Bureau of Labor and Statistics about wages in 1971 being met with self serving and non-sequitur answers along with poorly veiled steering; I think I have enough data. Why would writing a book carry such contempt? It’s not like there is a legacy of irrational advocacy where ‘competing’ truths are repackaged and regurgitated in an attempt to match every scenario until they have the literary appearance of cud. How did the money get on the bank? The answer ‘I don’t know’ isn’t possible because there are three rational, true and righteous solutions already polluting the thread and there simply isn’t room for another. It was all done so adroitly and with such acumen that I didn’t even notice the loaded questions, cries for an individual’s qualifications which are then ignored in the next sentence or the endless Q&A about minutia to the sub-atomic level. Yes, they really are that good. The only plausible action going forward would involve the combining of answers into a singular hyper-truth that will produce a whole greater than the sum of its parts. This is the chain of ‘obvious to intelligent people who had parents that were married’ events: 1. Duane jumps from Flighty 305 2. Lands in the Washougal watershed 3. Encounters and kills an indigent dairy worker 4. Straps the worker in the rig and hides body in the Washougal 5. Fills milk can from dairy worker with Washougal River water and stuffs can with money 6. Duane buries money on Fazio property between daily beach checks for debris 7. Brian Ingram discovers money after Duane buries it and before Fazio’s next beach check 8. Money goes to FBI and remains for years 9. Fazio’s surmise unseen money must have come from Washougal because they own the land 10. Kenny spends weekend in an Airstream teaching Bernie the meaning of the word ‘respect’ Now that’s certainly inclusive of all the parties that happen to have pre-plotted answers to every situation and satisfies my desire to approach this with a focus of science. Your stories didn't change untill later after you were given real info conected to this case Bottom line is you are a lier and you have proven that with many of your post here on dropzone. I realize that Blevins has indorsed your story stating Duane may posibly be Cooper by doing so he has proven his 25 reasons a hoax. Mainly just made up and that he does not honestly believe in his book. I even told Himmelsbach Tena's bar was familiar, but I didn't understand why until we returned along the river - had they approached it from from the overpass in Vancouver, I might have grasped the route Duane took me on. It comes down to memory and time. Time and Space....to remember something that happened 22 yrs before you have reason to recall it - your mind condenses and catelogues specific incidences, but does not compensate for time. The Fazio house and the gate and the water and the area across the river, but that is the only memory I have of Tena's bar. I thought this was a FALSE memory or pictures in a book, but it wasn't...it was a memory I had to explore on my own. Time and space - behind the wheel of car in WA did it for me. I did NOT get to do the approach in 2011, because I ran out of time and money. I knew that the RED Lion was the last place we went along the river before crossing the bridge. I thought looking at a map all of this stuff was FAR apart - it isn't...so I found out in 2011. YOU told me over and over that there was NO shop in a little town East of The Dalles or the gas pump. Even in a phone call since I got back YOU denied it when I asked you about the 'hill' or little Mt. - that I found it and knew the name of the man who owned the property a the foot of the hill. You again told me after i went there with a witness that this did NOT exist. WHY? She is still harassinng the FBI with emails. in order to keep Duane name in with all new suspects this is causing frustration at the Seattle office.I have tried to get this thread back to Cooper posts recently by sugesting we ignore Jo's postings. However others continue to answer her posts and it always ends up about Duane. Then she make derogatory coments about te FBI and others. I'll post trying to make a point that Jo prove's what she says then the coments like this post of yours gets made. Orange: Read back and you will see that JT had been attacking Georger, before he started in on me again. He plays war games - and he has to have a target or opponent. He started in on me and all I do is defend myself. What YOU just told him has been told forever and ever, but he just doesn't want to believe it. He won't let it go...I have been letting go. I even tried to start a conversation about alternative methods to search about something others had ignored - prior property owners along the river. Check back on my posting - I did real well - until JT did his thing about the mundane things. He had already been hammering at Georger and then when I made the post below JT came in on me and he has NOT let up. I made a contribution regarding my PERSONAL knowledge and experience in WA. I am not talking about Duane, but Tena's bar. There were still some mature trees along the fence row on the beach side. I refused to pretend this was the site and to scoop up sand because that was not the place Duane took me when he went down a hill and disappeared. But did feel I had been there...because Duane did go under an overpass and we drove along the river - there were industrial places and then farm land...How far we went and at what point we turned around I don't remember - I just know that the last stop was the Red Lion on that side of the river. Every word of that is true. I also corrected my left and right as I goofed on because I wasn't feeling well...and caught my mistake.
