Unbelievable that someone like JT can be that desperate. I expect JT is in for a very very large lawsuit. Wonder if he is able or even knows how to delete his post.
377 - You are the local lawyer here - Can't JT loose everything he has making tapes for distribution. I got news for JT - bring it on:
1. I have Doug Pasternac's communications.
2. My communication with the producer of the program.
3. Copies of my letter with hand drawn map to Ralph H.
4. Recording of radio program I made with Doug.
5. Law Enforcement in WA and his family who KNOWs - the places JT told me - and that the crew took me - were NOT the places I described over and over to JT.
6. Why did JT lie to me for 4 yrs about these places? It was his "job" assigned to him by Mr. H. to help me locate the places I had only memories of. I had no names or maps just a drawing in a book and my memory of the places.
7. JT assigned the names of the places - I used the names he gave me. This was before I went to WA and found the man had "LIE" to me. I could NOT understand why? Called him as soon as I got home.
8. JT has never stated why he refuses to talk about my MT - and has alway ignored it.
9. He ignored the tributary running down from it to Lake LaCames.
10. Why did Jerry tell me there was NO way the Washougal could be on my left.
11. If I didn't talk to JT about the Washougal - why did he tell me that.
12. What about the cemeteries I told JT about - the one in Washougal and the one upon Coffee. Why didn't JT recognized these - He was supposed to know where they were.
13. I was specific in telling JT I was NOT on the OR. side - but he insisted I was - I get to WA and BANG...I knew he had lied to me but did NOT understand WHY?
14. Reason for JT to lie. Too many answers for that one.
15. All JT will prove is that JT is the liar.
16. What about the log cabin on the Washougal.
17. What about the place within the loop of water (how I described it to JT)...there was a place the guys got together. I told him we had crossed the river around The Dalles and maybe around Bonneville. With no map - I had NO idea, but I told him about the highway and that Duane thought he had missed his turn. I told him about looking for the Atlas and by the time I found it Duane had located his turn (because I looked at the Atlas - I could positively state we were ON the WA side and NOT on the OR side as JT claimed).
18. In other words arguing with JT is USELESS - he is a fricking NUT CASE.
JT threatens me and calls me a liar and has done so for 11 yrs now - ever since I made the trip to WA in 2001. I was trying to go to bed early and not post much - but JT knows how I feel about LIARS and being called a LIAR.

Ok...... so this is freaky.... I picked Newark, NJ in my post above because I looked up the stinkiest cities in the US. and it popped up.
What comes in the mail today? A legal notice from Newark, NJ telling me about a toll violation. (Accidentally went through the wrong lane and they don't give you a second chance to get it right)
Within 15 days of 9/29/11, they want 2.30 for the toll (which I will pay) and 25.00 for administrative costs (code for fine), (which, of course, I will dispute - since NJ does a crappy job of directing Georgia drivers (who don't do tolls as a general rule) to the correct lane)).

Farflung: Does BS refer to your Name or does it mean Bad science. Genecticaly speaking you just might not know what your talking about. Gold mine production can seem profitable by the amount produced, however the cost of production and transport to include processing is costly. Your intelegent levell should have also produced that theory. So your pay scale is way off . any more chalenges for me tonight .Jerry

I loved Colin. He was my anthropology teacher at Hofstra University in 1973-4. One of the worst teachers I ever had in a traditional sense, but he was a great storyteller and that's all he did in the classroom. I loved him, and I send my condolences to his family, friends and admirers alike for his passing several years ago.
