Anyone have a dictionary for what the terms mean under complexion? Would swarthy or olive fall under Ruddy or Dark?

Ruddy is "reddish"..  

Swarthy is dark but Olive is a subset of Swarthy, can be light brown to dark brown,  with green/yellow tones

Ruddy, certainly not, but I think Dark for sure. I've come across a few Italians whose draft cards say Dark.  A ruddy complexion is what red-heads have, that sort of reddish or splotchy complexion.

Black and white images don't show complexion very well..  that was one of reasons they redid the Cooper sketch.. to add colour.

Apart from the legal aspect, do you think it is worth doing a DNA test on the tie clip? I would think that the FBI has already done that?

yes, it would absolutely be worth it. Eric isn't wrong in thinking that there may be viable DNA in the tie knot screw. That would be a good place to check. It would also be nice for Tom to have more access to the tie for his sticky stubs. I believe only 15-20% of the tie was sticky stubbed last time. I don't think lawsuits are going to give us access to the tie again, but rather someone being able to pull the right string.

I agree, maybe the FBI has missed that spot and who knows... we might get some top notch DNA. :)

So you and Elvis are dna techs?  What lab did you guys work in?  Should a new expert other than Tom be involved? I mean there are plenty of other dna experts available - ?  Tom had his chance!   Time to move on.  Its time for new blood!

Its time for some new cards in this game!  Cooper Casino Manager pleeaz!  Bring me a fresh drink and some NEW cards pleez ! A new dealer wouldn't hurt.

Why dont we get a lab WOMAN involved in this case! Let the women have a chance - maybe they wont screw up as much ? A woman might bring a whole different set of attitudes to this case?

I'm not sure if you're being serious, but I have my own opinions about both the soundness and the helpfulness of the scientific work that's been done so far. An objective outside voice would be more than welcome, IMO, and would keep so many wild geese from being chased.

Im totally serious. The Cooper case has been hijacked by people with an agenda. It's made worse by the fact there are zero resources available to do better. There isnt even a plan to try and do better. I think these people would be satisfied to see the status quo going for the next 50 years! The case is in gridlock.

With 'top notch DNA' I mean a full DNA profile. Sometimes the DNA evidence is in a very small quantity, poorly preserved or highly degraded so only a partial DNA profile can be obtained.

Why are you including me in this? I don’t have anything to do with his efforts. But if he can get more access to the tie with sticky stubs or whatever, then I’m all for it. Also, I’m pretty sure the DNA tech who he has lined up is a female.

That is Georger's nuclear approach for expressing frustration over the lack of progress of the evidence...  

But Elvis has no legal argument to get the tie.. the only way is through diplomacy..

Suing the FBI will only piss them off and may induce an IRS audit..

Everybody knows that superior new DNA tech is the only potential to find evidence to put a suspect on the plane,, but even that may not be possible now.

Ulis makes the false claim that Cooper wore the tie for years,, that is an assumption. He may have only worn it for the hijacking.

I actually have a different plan to get access to the tie DNA but that takes more time..

First, the Patterson Bigfoot vid was debunked, they admitted it was a guy in a suit.. even by the guy who wore the suit. Bigfoot sightings are just bears walking on their hind legs..

I’m hardly an expert on Bigfoots, haha. Totally talking out of my ass on the Gimlin footage. I know nothing about it. If it’s fake then kudos to those guys who did it. It looks damn good!

And your criticism is warranted; we were just having fun with the ages. Although I will continue to contend that Wesley Jensen’s hair color is a good analog for Cooper’s. You can tell it’s unnaturally black.

Yikes, get checked out, people have had issues from the C***D Vaccine.. controversial but clotting is legit. I know a few people who have had serious side effects..

I agree, many older guys going Gray dye their hair... Mitchell's account of Cooper's hair sounds credible.
