I think I agree with this view... not that it pleases me to say it. Perhaps it is better characterized as a self-perpetuating thing as Jo keeps trying to prove that all the previous time spent is not in vain... and so it continues. She can't rest till she finds closure, but she will not accept what the closure actually is, so she keeps going on.

Wrong - somethings did fizzle, but other things did jell. The inmate smoke jumpers - I never found again - but, I did not say that either of the 3 men were Duane Weber - but the statement under the picture talked about a program at this prison. One of those POOF moments.

Hm... the eggshell might get closer to being broken, but even if she can prove Duane jumped, it's still a long way from being DB. It will be a step closer, though, so come on Jo: show us. There can not possibly be any danger to anyone just from showing us that Duane once, somewhere, anywhere, exited a plane while it was flying.

I'll place another bet. There have never been prison inmate smoke jumpers in the USA.

I've looked everywhere, corresponded with old smoke jumpers and there is no evidence that an inmate smoke jumper program ever existed. Prisoners did do a lot of ground based firefighting but I see no evidence that they jumped. Smoke jumper history is very well documented. I looked in those archives to verify that Sheridan "Pete" Peterson was a smoke jumper. No Duane Weber was listed and no John Collins either.

Not really, keeping your mouth shut about a crime you had no participation in isnt normally a crime by itself (there are some exceptions like mandatory reporting of child molestation), but if you are subpoened to testify and given immunity your continued silence can put you in prison.

Lieing to the FBI is a federal crime and people have served time in Club Fed for doing it. The FBI lieing to you is not a crime.

If it was a crime for a federal official to lie to a civilian, most legislators would have to be indicted.

Lots of guys - especially the CO's applied but didnt make the grade. Therefore. there would be no smokejump designation. These guys checked out or went on to do other things with the forestry. I had been told this before and what I was told again recently was confirmation of that.

Who is Ridley Scott? Lost me on that one - but then I get lost lots of times lately.

Currently running a low grade temperature, coughing and sore throat and just generally wiped out. Stomach is growling - hope I didn't pick up something at the ER Sunday - February 28th.
Started coughing March 4 and runny nose - just thought it was allergies - with all of the pollen.

Now with the Temperature and the fact that I have been aching since Sat. March 6 a little concerned with the flu going around.

Anyone know the incubation period for the flu? Unable to get the vaccine because of my other problems.

We found "something" someone else had recorded - purported to have been found by this person prior to his death. This person had the means to find the information and the motive to conceal it.

The yr of this training co-incided with other information we have acquired regarding Tx, Mx and Az.

The FBI had a name and picture
and place of employment to work with - yet, they came up empty handed???? Do you really believe this one - I don't!

I talked to a certain person last night and he/she said that the date was wrong but close enough to be right.

The FBI should have known about the color and they just ignored following up. Can you believe it?

Tomorrow will bring the information that someone found years ago but didn’t do anything about it because the other guy said it didn’t help the investigation.

I finally got someone to show me the garden hose, but it too, was the wrong color, but that may have changed.

This is all I can say (right now), I probably have said too much already.

Soon all of you are going to have egg on your lap.
