I have gone to a couple of Face Book pages with an invitation and that did not require me to register as the direct link was sent to me. I made one comment about some pictures - absolutely nothing to do with Cooper and said Nice Photos. Send me the link to the page you are talking about and I see if I can figure out who you PM'ed besides me. I would be VERY interested in who is talking about the Vock incident...one thing for sure it was NOT me. I knew that Knoss had sent me some weird pictures in the past claiming they were McCoy which I knew they weren't. I wouldn't fight or argue with him and NOW he has TAKEN this to a WHOLE new Level. The children and grandchildren of other victims! This is about the most appalling thing I have ever heard...to hound these children who are now adults claiming their father is still alive until recently...I did NOT go to the sites because it made me physically sick to my stomach... In fact right now there are tears streaming down my face. I had just watched a special on TV in referernce to The Lone Wolf - individuals who strike out at others and kill others to make a name for themselves and most of them are really mentally ill. I had actually come here tonight to discuss this type of syndrome, because there have been so many "unusual" individuals in the last few yrs to claim they knew who Cooper was. I was going to suggest that we NOT encourage Knoss and to find out if what 377 said about Jerry knowing McCoy was really true...or if he was just saying that to bait Knoss. If there had been a cystall ball 15 yrs ago that could have predicted the results of my coming forward regarding what Duane told me - I believe I would have had second thoughts. So Knoss had found McCoy's wife, OMG that poor family. It is time for the FBI to step-up to the plate and do something about this NOW. After I make this post I am going to go and how much truth there is to all of this and do something about it. It has to STOP! It is TIME for the FBI to step in - Knoss is a very sick man and I also think Jerry is very sick just as you guys think I am delusional.... If Jerry did indeed know McCoy then maybe Knoss is not as sick in the head as we all think he is. This world is so volitile now, that to incite any anger in certain types of individuals is causing needless deaths....this has become scary. Yet, to ignore these individuals - leaves them out there hurting other people. What to do? I just don't know. If we ignore this - these people will just keep on until one day they explode and hurt themselves or someone else. Jerry made me very nervous and that is why I was glad he was gone...I always worried about him attacking me physically and he did threaten me on the thread and on the phone... Note the similarity between Jerry, Knoss and Jamie. Note that they start out not completing their sentences nor their thoughts. Note how they dance around things. Note the mention of a name or place and then have a story about it. You guys can even place Vicky,myself, Lyle Christiansen and Galen Cook in the above category - with this exception - we put our research and our words into actions that are productive in helping us to find solutions about our suspect. If Jerry and McCoy really did know each other - then there must might be something to all of this none of us know. 377 how come I did NOT know about a connection between McCoy and Jerry T? I've presented my case for Kenny Christiansen as well as I can. If you're a regular to this thread, you've seen all the entries. I'm not convinced it was Duane Weber, or William Gossett, or Jamie Cooper's dad, and unless one of you who supports these individuals as suspects can present better evidence, than I stick with KC as the guy. Some of you offered corrections on certain things that I tried to incorporate into the revised edition of the book. I thank you for that. But it's time for me to move on. I never said I was a professional DB Cooper investigator. In fact, I mostly write either sci-fi or crime novels. I was sort of roped into this job of playing PI regarding the Cooper case because of circumstances. And it's time for me to get back to editing other people's books and finishing one I put on hold a year ago. However, I wouldn't trade my experiences with the Cooper investigation for anything. It was fun, and it was definitely challenging. I understand that most of you don't know me personally. That's okay. But if you did, you would know I never went into this for the money. We lost SO MUCH investing all that time and effort (and money) into trying to discover the truth that Gayla the CEO was pulling her hair out over all of it. And I got tired of spending all my weekends on the friggin' road, instead of doing the things I actually like to do on weekends, like camping, target shooting, hiking, and fishing. Those things need to come back and the Cooper thing retired. Our contribution to the case is finished. Take it or leave it, I say. Believe it or not, up to you, and no hard feelings either way. If it turns out that Kenneth P. Christiansen was the skyjacker, this only means I did my job, and that I got lucky. That's all. I dont support any of the candidates put here. I dont think anyone here has the data one would need to conduct a search of that kind. But I am old and stoggy and 'conservative'? On the other hand if I had the data ... I seriously doubt you will give up the chase. Robert, I think you made at least three valuable contributions. One was the end of this icon, the Death Woods. You added reality in that dept. Two other issues I wont name but you are a resident of the State of Washington and I thought you added some perspective to at least two other issues that will become a part of the new thinking ... I regret we could not have had a deeper discussion, but our goals are very different. Our methods and constituencies different. Again, I seriously doubt you will give up the chase. I simply asked him if that was true. No, reason to jump on me when I asked a simple question and that is all I did. You don't act like yourself Quade - is there more than one Quade? I have detected a personality change and I am not the only one. You were not interactive in the past and now you are - we have discussed this in PM's. Finding out if there was actually a relationship between McCoy and Jerry Thomas doesn't seem out of order since Knoss is NOW shadowing McCoy's children. I tried to go to face book, but I refused to give them personal information and I DO NOT understand HOW to navigate the thing - my computer just stood still (well, I guess it is - it is not alive heaven forbid). Obviously I had tried to do this before because I already had an account. This type of forum is about all my computer skills will allow me to navigate. I wanted to see what was going on. If Knoss is really doing this - he needs to be STOPPED. 377: There are laws against him doing these kinds of things - aren't there? The children and grandchildren grew up with enough problems as it was - so why is Knoss confronting family that HAD absolutely nothing to do with what their father or grandfather did? There are some individuals from Duane's life -who came forward privately to me, but for them to publically harrassed will do NOTHING to prove Weber was Cooper...and disrupt the lives they have created and destroy images they have built with their families and communities. This is why I leave Tina be and why I have NOT asked these individuals to come forward with their stories - none of the above would prove Weber was Cooper. It's no new revelation. Why all the drama? Jerry is not going to physically harm you. McCoys survivors can handle spurious claims that he still lives. You aren't going to get sued by anyone. Been there. Lots of mariners lost their lives there. Big ships all the way down to skiffs. When that bar breaks it can take em down no matter how big and powerful. Another bar that has scared me is at the mouth of the Eel River off Eureka CA. Lost some friends on that one. Cooper's body may have been washed downriver past Astoria and out to sea.
