Beerlight 0 #3 December 16, 2008 Ilyushin Il-76??
lodestar 0 #4 December 16, 2008 I'd go with beerlight on that one, although the picture you posted is rather fuzzy on the belly, the other engines and tail configs are close to the Ilyushin in form. Illyushin IL-
howardwhite 6 #5 December 16, 2008 Here is another screengrab from the same video. Note: The image has been altered somewhat.HW

flipper3 3 #8 December 16, 2008 I just saw that commercial - not sure what they were trying to sell but the visuals were great. You won't see that in the USA on TV. A lot of artistic freedom used - not accuracy in details.Flip
howardwhite 6 #9 December 16, 2008 Quotenot sure what they were trying to sell but.... Siemens washing machines. The commercial did not run on TV but on the company's web site. You have to click an "I am 18" button to see it there. HW
patmoore 14 #10 December 17, 2008 Okay, now that commercial is an attention grabber. Thanks for the lead. View it hereDZGone.com B-4600, C-3615, D-1814, Gold Wings #326, Diamond Wings #152. ripcord4 0 #11 December 17, 2008 It has the general lines of the IL-76 but it isn't. I'll go with a computer-generated illusion (not Ilyushin). Look at the photo - can you imagine opening those clam-shell doors OUTWARD in flight like that? I don't think they'd stay attached very long! IL-76 doors are much smaller than that and only open until straight downward.

SkydiveJack 1 #14 December 17, 2008 I don’t care about the airplane. That’s not what’s important. I want to know what DZ the jumpers are from! It’s all a matter of priorities.
