The Latin Skydivers will experience 50 years as a skydiving club this year. You are invited to celebrate this anniversary with us with a Grande Paranda (party) Saturday September 17th at the Elsinore California Drop Zone. Come join us and visit jumping friends made over the years, share memories and stories of past pendejadas. There will be a greate dinner, dancing and cervesa. (That’s beer, for our Anglo friends.)

! Viva Los Skydivers Latinos, VIVA! Perhaps the oldest parachute club, the Latin Skydivers are Celebrating their 50th year Saturday September 17th! ... We'll be there! ...50th annivdersary, a birthday we share...( I started skydiving in 1961). The club is certainly one of the oldest, best-known and respected of any -ever!

Hi Pat!!,
'First met the Latins' when I got to CA in '67 at Old Elsinore!! Great bunch to Party and Skydive with over the years!! 'Never forget, I think it was the Stumbles of '75. Me, my then girlfriend Chris, Rod Gegian and Art Tucker were doing a fun jump outa the Howard after our Stumbles jumps of the day. We were under canopy at about a grand and heard the distinct sound of a Beech load whistling thru the air a ways over from us and there Hooting, Hollerin' and popping canopies "At a Grand" was the red, white and Green chutes of you guessed it,"The Latins!!" Having too much fun!! Good Times!!
