Jmping in the 60's in HI

Any old timers around that jumped in the late 60's in Hawaii? Or if you happen to know Clyde "Sonny" Orr or his brother Dale

I was in Hawai'i in the '60s, but wasn't jumping then. The name Dale Orr is very familiar, though. Was he in the Marines and/or did he later jump in NC? I can't quite place him.

Dale was 16 in 1969, his dad was a General when they were in Hawaii, where they went from there I have no idea

Knew two air force guy's that jumped in HI in early to mid 60's.

Dan Brittian sp? and his side kick Van Dan Berg.

They told a story about landing in the pineapple field and someone was getting draged on a windy day and got lodged between two pineapple plants

I knew Dan, the other name not familiar. The Pineapple story is true, had it happen all the time, when the plants were big they were like a skating rink for jumpers.
