When did your school convert FJC students from Cheapos to Para-Commanders?
When did you convert FJC from rounds to squares?

Dunno about squares, as I was out of the sport by then, but we transitioned gradually starting in 1979 or 1980, based on student and canopy availability. By late 1980 I know a decent number were on PC's, but I don't know when the first one was.

Never did. Stayed with 35' T10s until went to ramairs in mid 80's.

the Para hawks at Salem Michigan started PC's in 1972 in stylemasters with shot and 1/2s and pilot chuted reserves. Harold Lange at Tecumseh bad mouthed us becaused jump rags like his students did

Finger Lakes Skydivers started using piggy back rigs for students in 1984 and square mains in 1985. Not sure when we started using square reserves, early 1990's.
